About 120 people were lined up in front of the Topper’s Pizza store
in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin at 11 am when we opened! The Milwaukee NBC and
CBS affiliates came out to do stories. It was an unbelievable day and
an unbelievable response by the people in Milwaukee that have had to suffer
all this time without a Topper’s Pizza store to call their own.
"I can hardly
express how exciting it is for me to see the pent up fanaticism for Topper’s
Pizza in a new market" said Scott Gittrich, President of Topper's
Pizza. "We are opening a franchise store in the Uptown area of Minneapolis
on the 11th of February, and we have been receiving emails and phone calls
at the corporate office asking when we are going to open since the first
banner went up shortly after the location was leased. We have stores under
contract to open in Onalaska, WI and the North Avenue entertainment district
of Milwaukee."
We are currently talking
to people about franchises that would open in the coming months and years;
our existing franchisees are expanding and provide the growing base of
expansion going forward. Our targets are in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa,
Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, North and South Carolina. If you know a high
