Just Fresh is on the Move in the Triangle

Charlotte, NC, - Just Fresh Bakery Café & Market will have two new locations in the Triangle market by Spring 2005. The Charlotte based franchise system has just approved a second site and franchise agreement in north Raleigh for the area developers / franchisees, Just Tri, Inc., based in Chapel Hill.

Just Tri, Inc. has plans to develop at least 12 Just Fresh locations in the Triangle area of North Carolina and Richmond, VA. Their first location is currently under construction at the Renaissance Center on Fayetteville Road in Durham. It is set to open in February 2005. Construction of their second approved location at Poyner Place on Triangle Town Boulevard in Raleigh is set to begin in January 2005 with an opening in late spring.

Lauren Fitts, partner in Just Tri, Inc., has just completed the three week Just Fresh University in Charlotte where she participated in a thorough training program ranging from franchise policy to baking bread. Brian Bowen, Director of Operations for Just Tri, Inc., completed the training with Lauren. “Just Fresh University was a critical piece for us,” says Mrs. Fitts. “I have a broadened view of the concept as well as a higher level of comfort for operating restaurants after the training program.”

“The Just Fresh University is the first step in the comprehensive training and support program we provide for our franchisees,” states Pat Porter, Vice-President of Franchise Operations. “The new store opening support, additional staff training sessions, and subsequent store visits that follow are key to helping new franchisees get off to a smoother start. We will provide the Just Tri team the support they need to help them make Just Fresh a hit in this new market.”

Just Tri has an aggressive growth strategy for the area. The completion of franchise training, the building of the first store, and the second store approved and on the way shows they are on the move and making the plan a reality.
