The
Grape Wine Bar and Seller Announces
Aggressive Expansion Plan
Atlanta,
Georgia…August 20, 2004– The Grape wine bar and shop
(The Seller) has provided a soft education while entertaining (edutainment)
to Atlantans about wine in a non intimidating and fun environment since
2000 announces four new locations in the Atlanta Metroplex.
Atlantans can
be on the lookout for the following two stores in November 2004: Phipps
Plaza and The Forum in Norcross. In addition, The Grape will open another
location at 300 N. Highland Avenue in the first quarter of 2005, and one
at City Walk Development in Sandy Springs during the second quarter of
2005. To the delight of regional Grape lovers, development plans and franchise
negotiations are in the works for multiple counties throughout Georgia,
Florida and Birmingham, Alabama.
Franchise
President Marty Thallman states, “Phipps Plaza will be the second
company owned store while The Forum, Highland Avenue and Sandy Springs
stores will be franchise-owned stores. We have had a tremendous response
since beginning our franchise
outreach earlier this year, and we have secured excellent franchise partners.”
The Grape is a one-of-a-kind
concept that contains two separate but complementary businesses running
side-by-side. The Grape’s Seller is an inviting, exceptionally well-planned
wine shop, attractively and logically displayed for guests to browse and
taste in the Wine Bar based on The Grape’s copyrighted 10-point
classification system. The Grape’s Wine Bar entices guests to taste
the same wines available for purchase in the Seller next door, along with
specialty prepared gourmet fare to match the wine selections.
