DICKEY'S BARBECUE RESTAURANTS, INC. TO HOST FRANCHISE ROAD SHOW
America's Fastest Growing Barbecue Chain Visits West Coast Targeting Potential Franchisees
(SEATTLE, Washington) Dallas-based Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. (DBRI), the largest barbecue chain in the country, is targeting the west coast this month in hopes to expand in Washington State.
This franchise road-show will offer prospective franchisees in the area a glimpse of Dickey's formula for success and why the chain has nearly doubled in size since 2008.
"Dickey's is moving at light-speed and we are not stopping here. Our goal is to have 500 stores by 2012. It is ambitious, but at this rate, I think we will meet that goal," DBRI President Roland Dickey, Jr. said. "Going to our prospective owner/operators and showing them how Dickey's can be a success in their market is a key element in our expansion."
The first stop on the show will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 19th at Embassy Suites Seattle, 3225 158th Avenue SE in Bellevue, Wash. The second show will be 7 p.m. Thursday, May 20th at the Hilton on 1301 6th Avenue in Seattle.
If you are interested in attending one of the shows, please RSVP to Joe Amodio by calling 972-248-9899 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The first Dickey's Barbecue opened in 1941 in Dallas, TX. The original location is still open for business and Dickey's Barbecue is still owned and operated by the Dickey Family.
Dickey's only began franchising in 1994, now there are over 110 locations in 21 states.
Even today, Dickey's still slow smokes all of their signature meats overnight in every restaurant.
