Two Regional Developers from TES and BAI
Honored as “Franchisee of the Year” in Washington
Washington, DC –
At a ceremony sponsored by the International Franchise Association (IFA),
two regional developers, one from The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES) and another
from sister company Business Advisers International (BAI) will be honored at the
8th Annual Franchise Appreciation Day to be held in Washington, DC on September
10th and 11th. More than 350 franchise executives are expected to attend the
event held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC.
Jim White, TES regional developer located in South
Carolina and Larry Frank BAI regional developer of Virginia are this year’s
recipients of the “Franchisee of the Year” award and will be recognized
at an IFA banquet Monday evening, September 10th.
Jim White, of South Carolina, runs a regional development
office of The Entrepreneur’s Source where his team of
business coaches offers coaching and advisory services
to anyone exploring self-employment options including
franchising. His firm also helps small and mid-sized
businesses work through common business challenges
preventing them from succeeding.
Larry Frank, of Virginia, heads a regional development
office of Business Advisers International coaches
providing coaching and advisory services working with
small and mid-sized businesses to create growth and
improve profitability with in their companies. BAI was
recently ranked in the Top 100 new franchises by Franchise
Market Magazine and listed in the Franchise 500 by Entrepreneur Magazine.
Business coaching is a new emerging paradigm that
combines the expertise of consultants with the
efficiency of a team providing solutions.
According to a Right Management Consultants survey,
about 47% of organizations surveyed see coaching as
essential to their decision-making.
The business-to-business (B2B) coaching and
consulting industry is a multi-billion dollar market.
Demographics are driving the need for business
consulting and coaching services as baby boomers
and women look for entrepreneurial opportunities.
