About BAM Racing
BAM Racing was formed by Beth Ann and Tony Morgenthau in 2001, and enters its sixth season in NASCAR Nextel Cup racing as one of the series’ few single-car teams. Successful investors, the Morgenthaus have funded the team from its inception, and began generating corporate
sponsorship support on a full-time basis in 2004. Beth Ann Morgenthau, whose initials make up the name of BAM Racing, continues to be the only hands-on female owner in motorsports to have started a team without family connections. At a time when some of the sport’s most decorated teams are ceasing operations, BAM Racing continues to strive forward and reach its goals.
