Our Area Development Agreement (“ADA”) offers you the opportunity to develop new restaurants in most areas in the country. Your ADA can be sized to meet your business plan and personal goals.

We are looking for both dedicated individuals with prior restaurant experience, and large QSR operators who can no longer grow in their area today. Our financial requirements require you to have $250,000
in net worth and $150,000 in liquidity.

Our Initial Franchise Fee is just $30,000 for a 20 year term. Our on-going royalties are a low 4% of sales while the advertising fee can range between 3% and 5% of sales.

Our restaurant sites occupy only approximately ½ acre of land – much smaller than that of our competitors. The use of a modular building enables you to be up and running soon after you receive your building permit. We’re not only fast in customer service but we’re fast in opening restaurants.
