A Healthful, Fresh Alternative
Differentiating itself from its typical Mexican fast-food counterparts, Desert Moon menu offerings are a fusion of Fresh Mexican/Southwestern recipes. Prepared in our full view/open kitchen, our guests are offered a choice of Charbroiled Lean Steak, Skinless Chicken Breast, or Fire roasted vegetables any of which may be wrapped in a soft, warm, flour or whole wheat tortilla with a combination of high quality, made-from-scratch salsas, ranch beans, yellow rice, guacamole or fresh vegetables. The result is food that is unique in the fast casual venue, extremely flavorful and sought after by quality driven consumers. To compliment our food, some Desert Moon restaurants offer "signature" hand-shaken Margaritas and a selection of Mexican Beer.

All complicated recipes have been outsourced—creating the ease of operation and product consistency needed for franchising, while eliminating the costs of a high salaried chef. We've developed our own proprietary products: skinless chicken breast, custom trimmed steak, black bean soups, and ranch beans to name a few. We've negotiated national pricing with Coca-Cola and established rebate programs with several other suppliers. In short, we've built the industry's most streamlined "Fresh-Mexican" concept.
