This is an exciting time for us! In 2006 we celebrated our 21-Year
Anniversary and the year resulted in new restaurants in several states
not previously served by the brand. 2007 is on target to also be a very
good year for Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe new restaurant development as
well as Buffalo's Express Café. We currently have restaurants under
construction in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, Texas,
Puerto Rico and internationally in Saudi Arabia.
We
believe what gives our concept strength is the collaboration of a very
appealing and affordable menu, unique restaurant ambiance and exciting
curb appeal. Our value-priced menu features many southwest style appetizers
and entrees, accompanied by a variety of other tasty favorites such
as our world famous buffalo-style chicken wings, homemade dressings,
award winning chili, bountiful salads, steaks, desserts and more.
Buffalo's New Express Concept
The
stampede continues… Just announced is the official introduction of our
new Buffalo’s Express concept. This concept has been designed to provide
fast casual service in in-line space (1,800 to 2,000 sq. ft.), without
the requirement of a liquor license and for a much lower start up cost.
To-go and delivery will be a big part of this concept, while in-store
dining will certainly be popular as well.
Buffalo’s Express is not intended to compete with nor replace our existing
full service Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe restaurants (5,500 sq. ft.). It
is our opinion that by offering free-standing full-service facilities
as well as Express facilities that our franchisees will have a greater
opportunity to become multi-unit operators

Our Menu - Menu Development
Buffalo's Southwest Cafe lunch stampede and dinner menus are highlighted
by our award-winning, world famous Buffalo-style chicken wings. Voted

favorites, all prepared fresh to order, include a variety of tasty appetizers,
homemade soups, salads, wraps, fajitas, pastas, burgers and steaks.
Buffalo's Express menu offers many of the same proven favorites as the
full-sized restaurants, however also features fresh Rotisserie-style
chicken temptingly sizzling and on display upon walk in. Side dishes
include a variety of more health-conscious items that are perfect for
lunch and in-home dining.

As a value-priced, casual dining, neighborhood restaurant, Buffalo's offers a creative and innovative menu in a comfortable and fun dining atmosphere. Buffalo's Express provides fresh to order menu items all delivered within three minutes in a more contemporary setting, perfect for individuals who desire quality food in a quick service environment. While in-store and to-go lunch is the most popular food service time we are staged to be popular for evening in-store and carry-out home meal replacement as well.
- Training & Support - New Franchise Business Partners receive a two day Owner Orientation as they begin the required "Critical Path" to opening. General Managers and Managers receive five weeks of classroom and hands-on training at one of our corporate restaurants. Additionally, we offer a two day Bookkeeper training program. The extensive curriculum overseen by our Director of Training embraces the full spectrum of casual dining restaurant operations and administration, including food preparation, cost control, hiring, customer and employee relations, restaurant management.
- Restaurant Website - Each Buffalo's Southwest Cafe is provided with its own web site in which the contents of the corporate maintained template may easily be customized. Each web site is designed to collect customer data from the "Secret Order of Buffalo's" membership application, as well as from the customer comments section. The customer created database serves as a valuable communication and promotions tool for the restaurant.
