We also pay attention to environment. Our sound experience is not your formulaic Top 40 or tired classic rock you’d expect to hear in most chains. Our playlist draws from a wealth of untapped independent music – the kind of songs that make you groove on a barstool, flirt with the bartender, have a laugh and another drink. We even feature he playlist in our menu each month and post the list on our website so guests can take our music adventure home with them.

The chain encompasses approximately 87 locations and development plans are under way for many more locations over the next twelve months. We target areas with very strong white-collar employment for business lunches and after work happy hours, a solid base of higher income households for weeknight and weekend dining and additional traffic drivers nearby.

The stellar leadership team has extensive experience in hospitality, has recently re-invented the concept and brand, and believes in being an excellent partner and franchisor.
