Since 1958, Sonny Bryan’s Smokehouse Barbecue has been a legend in Dallas, dishing out award winning, slow-cooked barbecue that has satisfied even the pickiest of ‘cue connoisseurs.

The secret? We spend hours each day slow-cooking our meat and seasoning it to perfection to give our customers the juiciest, beefiest, most flavor intense barbecue available anywhere.

Hungry folks from miles around come for a helping of our savory smokehouse meats and fresh, hand-made sides, including our world famous, Texas onion rings and our creamy coleslaw and potato salad.  We’ve even been known to attract a few Hollywood types, famous celebs…and a US President or two.

We’re looking for people like you…
We’ve spent the last 51 years perfecting the business model for Sonny Bryan’s...now we need a few go-getters to take our famous barbecue to a national and global market. As a Sonny Bryan’s franchisee, you’ll run your own restaurant based on our time tested recipes and successful model. We’ll support you every step of the way. All you need is a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.

Becoming an owner/operator gives you complete access to our organizational and support system. That means you’ll receive complete support and help with such things as:

• Architectural planning, including site location and design    
• Complete training for Owner/Operator and staff.
• Design for effective Kitchen/Back workflow
