Maoz Vegetarian, is a fast growing international, quick service vegetarian restaurant chain. Best known for our famous complimentary salad bar, Maoz Vegetarian offers a unique experience where customers are invited to create their own meal, sandwich or salad comb-ination. Each meal is one of a kind, bursting with flavor thanks to our home-made fresh salads and sauces. Our food is always fresh and delicious and most importantly it is a healthier and affordable alternative.

HISTORY
Founded in 1991, the first Maoz restaurant was opened in Amsterdam, Holland, where our signature Maoz sandwich was first invented and introduced to the world. With a mission to spread the vegetarian lifestyle in mind, Maoz became a growing global brand with branches located in major cities around the world including London, Barcelona, Paris, Madrid, Perth (Australia) and more. In 2004, Maoz Vegetarian made its North American launch in Philadelphia followed by the first New York location in Union Square.

Trade Area
Ideally, Maoz Vegetarian™ restaurants should be located in an
urban or suburban location with strong residential and preferably
commercial retail presence. Maoz sites will be considered
based on a combination of factors. The objective is to harness
a captive audience such as a lunch time crowd in a central business
district, shopping center or mall. In addition, preferable
sites may be located in proximity to airports, medical centers,
sport stadiums, entertainment and high volume traffic in night
life districts, a university or college campus, a "hip" or trendy
neighborhood or major tourist attractions.
