Old-fashioned goodness is the natural result of our dedication to wholesomeness. Your Falls View Grill restaurant will treat customers to these same excellent standards. Every menu item is prepared the old-fashioned way — from scratch, one order at a time. Hamburgers are made from fresh, 100% pure beef; we use only the freshest produce; our delicious soups are all made fresh daily; and our American cheese is the real thing — not a processed imitation. Most of our ingredients, such as bread and buns, are delivered to our stores daily.

Your Falls View Grill restaurant will present a menu of plentiful and delicious choices. Many of our wonderful recipes and sauces are prepared from scratch daily!
Our full range of goodness includes appetizing entrees, satisfying specialty sandwiches, steaming side items and tempting salads.
Signature items include the original Texas Wiener “All the Way,” homemade soup, burgers, chicken and ribs. Holding center stage in the burger lineup is the ½ lb. Big Double, featuring double meat and double cheese. Hungry patrons can choose to have their wieners, cheeseburgers and hamburgers served plain, "All American" or “All the Way.” And there’s just one word to say about portion sizes — “Wow!” A popular selection of kids meals include French fries, drink and a dessert. Our hot and cold beverage choices encompass soft drinks, creamy shakes, milk, coffee, tea and Falls View Grill water. Where local standards allow, you will also serve a variety of bottled beers. Our old-fashioned values are evidenced in the shining support services we have in place for Falls View Grill franchisees. The franchisor/franchisee relationship is cemented from the very beginning, with extensive training. You will learn by doing, with specialized on-the-job training held at one of our corporate locations. Further instruction will include administrative, operational and sales/marketing procedures and techniques. Just prior to and immediately following your grand opening, an experienced trainer from Falls View Grill will provide on-site training at your restaurant.
We are eager to share our years of experience in promoting the Falls View Grill brand with you. Our total marketing support will include advertising campaigns and in-store advertising, as well as the coordination and development of advertising materials and strategies for all members of our franchise network. Plus, you will receive consumer marketing plans and professionally produced materials for local and regional use.

This extensive reference provides you with easy to access policies, procedures, recipes, and more. Your initial training is just the beginning of the strong relationship you will have with Falls View Grill.
