Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

The single best thing about Jimmy John's from an owner's point of view has to be the people. Then again, we may be a little bit biased. Jimmy has always made it a point to treat people right and his personality has become corporate policy. We've found that when you give people both respect and responsibility, they're more likely to succeed.Jersey Mikes Submarines and Salads

What makes the typical Jersey Mike’s franchise so terrific? The secret’s in the sub! We start with the highest quality meats and cheeses. Add onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Even our bread is baked fresh daily, right in each store. But what really sets us apart is that each and every sandwich is made fresh to order. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for each sandwich, and piled high on the in-store baked bread right before the eyes of the customers.Buffalo's Southwest Cafe

Jerk chicken, Escovitch fish, Curried goat and the famous Jamaican beef patty are all synonymous with authentic island specialties. The Caribbean Islands have always been a paradise for spicy and exotic food. To bring this paradise of specialty foods to other parts of the world is the inspiration behind Caribbean Food Delights’ JerkQ’zine.

Twenty-seven years ago, Vincent HoSang immigrated to the United States from Jamaica.  He and his wife opened and operated a fast-food fried chicken restaurant with Jamaican cuisine, such as oxtail, curried goat and beef patties, in the West Bronx.  Not far from the fast food restaurant in the Bronx, the HoSang’s acquired a small bakery and named it Royal Caribbean Bakery.

By offering quality products and service at both the restaurant and bakery, they soon increased business and outgrew the facility. Mr. HoSang purchased a 73,000 square foot facility in Tappan, New York that became the corporate headquarters and manufacturing center for Caribbean Food Delights.

The heart of Caribbean Food Delight’s operation are the meat, chicken and vegetable patties, also known as empanadas and turnovers to other cultures. The immense popularity of these Caribbean inspired products has led to the development of the JerkQ'zine franchise. This operation revolves around Caribbean Food Delights’ concept of establishing JerkQ'zine quick service restaurants, then supplying them with traditional Caribbean Food Delights products and newly developed signature JerkQ'zine products.

While presently we’re a regional company, our goal is to follow in the custom of our past business success and expand into a national franchise chain. JerkQ'zine is a franchise that operates in a structured and precise manor to maintain JerkQ'zine's unique concept. To help reach our concept goals, we employ levels of entrepreneurs working both individually and jointly to achieve success.

Franchisees: JerkQ'zine seeks solid individuals whose primary focus is to operate their own business. Individuals with this desire are quite typically and ideally, hands-on, take pride in building their own business, serving the community quality food products and providing excellent customer service. Franchisees pay an initial franchise fee of $25,000. Ongoing royalty fees, a percentage of each Franchise Owner’s sales, are paid to JerkQ'zine.

While it is the responsibility of the franchisee to build their own successful JerkQ'zine franchise, it is our responsibility to insure that the franchisee is provided with all of the support, tools and knowledge necessary to do so. We at the corporate level of JerkQ'zine , take this responsibility to our franchisees very seriously.
