QUALIFICATIONS
Those who wish to partner with California Tortilla should meet the criteria listed below:
A minimum of $1million
net worth and $250,000 of liquid assets.
Experience in
either the food/restaurant industry. and/or prior franchise experience;
and/or prior business or management experience (whew!)
A passionate commitment
to customer service.
A cultural fit
with California Tortilla and a passion for Mexican food.
The willingness
to learn and apply the California Tortilla Operating System.
Assistance with site selection, planning, lay-out and design
Complete training at our World Headquarters and at your location that covers operational, promotional and financial aspects of running your own California Tortilla restaurant
A detailed set of our operations manuals that includes all recipes, procedures and operating forms
Use of marks, brand recognition and specialized software
Field visits from your field service consultant
Marketing assistance and mystery shoppers
