TRAINING Dillybird’s success is based
upon uniform quality and service that is achieved through effective
training. We have made a major commitment of time and resources
to develop this comprehensive training program.
New franchisees and store management must participate
in a three-week comprehensive Dillybird’s Training Program.
This is full-scale, educational experience, encompasses classroom
study and in-store training, to simulate “live” restaurant
operations. Each franchisee learns how a store is operated as effectively
and efficiently as possible, in accordance with corporate standards
for cleanliness, performance, food quality, service and operational
efficiency.

In addition to our extensive classroom and in-store
training, we provide a “Grand Opening Team” to work
in the franchise restaurant prior to the opening of each location.
The team simulates every aspect of “real operations”,
ensuring that all the functions will be performed in accordance
with corporate standards.
After a grand opening, the team will remain in the
franchise restaurant for several days to further train and assist
management and hourly employees.
MARKETING
Maintaining top-of-mind
awareness is crucial to building sales. Marketing programs are designed
to build loyalty at the neighborhood level through maximizing appeal
to the local community through promotions, events and special features.
Additionally, a strategic synergy of mediums such as direct mail,
print, cable advertising and radio can be utilized as a cost-effective
means of creating awareness and stimulating visits.
