To provide support to the franchisee throughout the construction process through site visits, architectural support and construction knowledge and assistance.

• Franchise Operations
To protect and enhance the Jocks & Jills Sports Grill’s brand for the good of our system and continue to provide value to our community of Franchisees.

• Purchase
To provide our franchisees with the highest-quality products at the lowest possible price using the most effective and efficient means of distribution.

• Marketing
To serve as a consulting liaison between Jocks & Jills Sports Grill’s Restaurants, and the franchise community. Our goal is to generate new guests and more frequency of visits from our regular guest base. We accomplish this by building greater recognition of the Jocks & Jills Sports Grill’s brand name in the minds of our target consumer.

To develop new and innovative products which exceed our guests’ expectations.

• Finance
To develop and maintenance of appropriate financial reporting systems that measure and analyze operating and financial results, and safeguard company assets.
