Our Company History

The creation of Samuel Mancinos’s Italian Eatery first began in the late 1950’s when Samuel and Marion Mancino Sr. established Sammy’s Pizzeria in St Clair Shores, Michigan. In the early 1980’s Samuel and Michele Mancino Jr. opened their first mom and pop Mancino’s restaurant in Southwest Michigan. What began as a mom and pop concept developed by Samuel Mancino Jr. and now supported further by his partner Chris Schneider and the corporate team has turned into a successful turnkey franchise operation. Samuel Mancino’s Italian Eatery is expanding throughout the continental U.S. under a philosophy of following our franchise footprint and still have your own entrepreneur spirit. Our mission statement at corporate is “To be the driving force in the Italian eatery market place”. We will accomplish this by creating business opportunities for self-motivated individuals and provide continuous quality support.

Franchise Information

We offer our expert restaurant experience and staff to train and assist you to achieve your success. This includes lease and real estate consulting to ensure you find the perfect location for your restaurant. Franchise owners pay an initial franchise fee and a monthly percent of sales royalty fee.
