We will provide on-going support, as well as training and a group of involved individuals dedicated to your success.

Purchasing an Il Forno Restaurant

1. Site Selection : The first step is to determine a site for your new restaruant. Although finalizing and procurring the site is your responsibility, we will be on-hand to provide guidance during your search. Due to our experience in the market, we may already know of several appropriate sites. We will also help with negotiations for acquiring and leasing sites. Il Forno must approve the final site.
   
2. Construction : While you are responsible for the construction of your site, we will guide you through every phase of construction. Il Forno will provide a support network for you from the beginning of your corporation to opening day of your new restaurant. For a small fee, we are also able to undertake the construction of your store.
   
3. Training : Il Forno provides two weeks of an extensive training program. Training in all functions necessary to run a successful Il Forno restaruant is offered. Topics range from business functions training, kitchen training, dining room training, employee management, and promotions. Training will take place at an approved Il Forno location. We highly recommend that your managerial staff participate in training as well. In addition to the two weeks of training, we will provide one of our staff members to help you open and operate your restaruant during the first week of business, as well as the subsequent two weekends, if necessary.
   
4. Continuous Support Network : One of our operations staff members will continue to visit your store on an on-going basis in order to provide assistance and support regarding business and management functions. This is a symbiotic relationship, where our success is dependant on your success.
   
5. Advertising and Promotions : We will guide you through the necessary grand opening and continuous advertising procedures. Existing Il Forno artwork, consisting of samples of print advertising, special promotion ideas and coupons, are available. In addition, Il Forno has established a co-operative advertising program, which all stores contribute to. This co-operative advertising program allows greater name recognition and broader base advertising than would be possible for each store individually.
