Who We Are

The first Locos opened in 1988 on
Oconee St. in Athens, Georgia.

Locos Franchise Company has been franchising since 1997. Our home office is located in Athens, Georgia and we currently have 25 franchised and corporately owned units throughout Georgia and Alabama. The Locos concept fills a variety of market niches, which include dine-in, pick-up, catering, delivery and merchandise and attracts people of all ages. In addition, the Franchise Company employs an experienced staff who is dedicated to providing you with all of the assistance and support you will need to launch and grow your business. We provide an extensive 10 week training program at one of our three locations in Athens during the weeks before your restaurant opens, and spend time with you after your restaurant opens to help facilitate the opening process. We provide continuing consultation and advice regarding all aspects of your business and we are committed to helping you succeed as a Locos franchisee.

Locos offers both leasehold and free-standing options.

What You Need To Get Started

  • A minimum net worth of $380,000 is required to be considered for a Locos Grill & Pub franchise. 50% must be cash or liquid assets.
  • $35,000 Franchise Fee
  • Although experience in the food service industry is recommended, it is not necessary. Our comprehensive training program and broad-based support programs will teach you everything you need to know.
  • A passion for great customer service.

Locos is actively seeking to expand in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. We are not franchising internationally at this time.
